Flow the River’s Daughter: More than a Faerie Storie: Intro

Flow the River’s Daughter is a faerie storie about a River Faerie named  Flow.  It is also about the natural history and the natural mystery of water.  We  are by molecular count 99% water.  Our world and everything in it is shaped and moved by water.  Only recently we have discovered that water is everywhere in the Universe.   Science has also just recently discovered a 4th state or phase of water, a liquid crystal structure that accounts for the amazing properties of water and perhaps the answers to a whole host of world problems. This blog/novel will reveal the amazing nature of water as a physical being, molecular,highly interactive, energized,  and as an expression of a way of being that seems to be a teacher to humanity at this time. Not only is it the most basic requirement for life, in the  transformative dance of archetypes  the future belongs to a new human species that remembers its nature as water as well as creative and consuming fire, else we all burn out. Water is essentially a universal medium, so water is the perfect model for mediumship.  Water is one expression of the underlying principle of sensitivity in the Cosmos.  Sensitivity is our ability to be affected by something, to absorb it in some way and become different through the experience.   Sensitivity is a rejected power in the human to varying degrees.  In some ways the world has become so over stimulating we have had to numb out and yet in the numbing, we now seek stronger and stronger stimuli to effect us. The Invitation:  Mother Nature is overflowing with light, love and life.  She is a loving sea of vibrant energy that envelopes and interpenetrates us.  She is a supreme radiance oflight and beauty.  We are a supreme sensitivity. Can you feel her call?  Along with all the angels, every rock and tree, every field and stream , every sunrise and star is shinging with all its being, shining to attreact our attention, to enlighten our hearts, to mirror our own radiance, to take us out of self-absorbed separation. Come partake of sun and moon and stars, forst field and river.   Come learn to “eat” beauty as an act of communion; to receive Mother Nature as sacrament.  When we partake of her divinity our hearts open and we naturally align with that same radiance in us.  Our Higher -Self responds to and is awakened by the beauty of creation.   As human beings, we are mediums, deep resonance chambers for the powers of the cosmos.  Our ecstasy comes from being filled with these energies.  Once we awaken and remember who we are, our activated sensitivities and feminine nature will lead to a new age of GAIA. This story started to come into my imagination several years ago while on retreat in Mexico, after doing some sacred ceremonies there. As it has continued to weave its tapestry inside my mind  I find that I cannot put it into a linear framework.   It is a series of amazing connections like a giant spider web through space and time, beyond time and always now. One one level it is a Faerie Story.  It is the story of a River Faerie named Flow.  But it is more than a faerie storie on many levels. As we go I will include links, like notes to augment the story, to sites that go into the science more fully or gives definitions or more information.  I will include links to original music that is related to the story, and perhaps others can also participate with music, photos, or articles as well. To begin let me refer everyone to an amazing scientist Gerald Pollack and his revolutionary research on the nature of water.    This new understanding of the powers of water will revolutionize all our life sciences as we begin to understand the 4th phase of water, the liquid crystalline state. Metamorphosis? Are digestions and excretion conceivable where water is lacking? Is it not essential to conversion processes and organ functions? Is it not the great mediator and regulator of chemical, warmth and other processes, both in living organism and outside them?  Can a living organism even come into being without water’s help?  And in the last analysis, could rhythm exist in organisms if there were no fluids.   Life it seems depends on water for its very life.   Why, then, does water, which has no life-characteristics of its own, form the very basis of life in all life’s various manifestations?  Because water embraces everything, is in and all through everything, because it is a universal element shared by all; itself undetermined, yet determining; because like the primal mother it is, it supplies the stuff of life to everything living.   So more than a faerie storie… we embark on a multidimensional kaliedoscopic love affair with water both as as a molecular embodied being and the spirit of a faerie named flow.  Within this story of water we will discover an  amazing allegory for being  human and living  on earth.
